2. Project Milestones and Payment Structure
pixelreachco operates on a milestone-based payment structure. Projects are divided into defined phases, each with associated payment obligations:

  • Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total project fee is required before work commences. This deposit covers research, strategy development, and resource allocation.
  • Milestone Payments: Subsequent payments are due upon completion and client approval of each defined project milestone.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final deliverables, prior to transfer of ownership of all completed work.

3. Refund Conditions
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Work Not Commenced: If pixelreachco has not yet begun work on your project and you wish to cancel, you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made beyond the initial deposit.
  • Failure to Deliver: If pixelreachco fails to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables within the contracted timeframe without valid justification, you may request a partial or full refund of payments made for the undelivered milestone.
  • Mutual Agreement: Both parties may agree to terminate the engagement and settle refunds through mutual written consent.

4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:

  • The initial 40% deposit, which covers sunk costs in research, strategy, and resource allocation.
  • Work that has been completed and approved by the client at any milestone.
  • Services rendered in full where the client's dissatisfaction is based on subjective preference rather than deviation from the agreed scope.

5. Revision Policy
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the initial project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of deliverable receipt.

6. How to Request a Refund

7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, España.

Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by pixelreachco (Gran Vía 48, Madrid, Centro, España), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Description
pixelreachco provides professional copywriting services including but not limited to: landing page copy, email sequence architecture, sales page funnels, brand voice development, product descriptions, SEO content strategy, ad copy and headlines, website copyoverhaul, and case study writing. Specific service deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals.

3. Project Scope and Changes
All projects are executed based on the agreed scope defined in the initial project proposal. Any changes to the scope requested by the client after project commencement will be assessed and quoted separately. pixelreachco reserves the right to adjust timelines and fees for scope changes.

4. Client Obligations
The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of the project.
  • Respond to information requests and feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe (minimum 5 business days).
  • Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • Review and approve deliverables within 7 business days of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights for the completed deliverables are transferred to the client. pixelreachco retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client objects in writing. pixelreachco retains ownership of all pre-existing materials, frameworks, and methodologies used in the creation of deliverables.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship for a period of 24 months.

7. Limitation of Liability
pixelreachco's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. pixelreachco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination:

  • The client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
  • The initial deposit remains non-refundable as outlined in the Refund Policy.
  • pixelreachco shall deliver all completed work product to the client upon receipt of payment for completed milestones.

9. Force Majeure
pixelreachco shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government restrictions, or infrastructure failures.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, España.

11. Changes to Terms
pixelreachco reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any material time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
